Raymond Xochitlpìlli Falcòn is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Texas Senior Policy Fellow who teaches all level mathematics and Spanish courses at Matthews Academy in Lubbock, Texas. Raymond previously served as a Teach Plus Texas Change Agent. Raymond is the Mathematics Department Chair on his campus and is also involved with the School Redesign, Mentorship, Morale, Positive Behavioral Individualized Support, and Lead & Learn committees. He also coordinates the TeleFUN Thursday’s campus community outreach activities. He graduated from South Plains College with an AS and from the University of Texas at El Paso with a BIS, MEd, and PhD.
