Robbie McKerr is a Teach Plus Indiana Teaching Policy Fellow who teaches United States history, United States government, and A.P. American government and politics to 11th and 12th graders at Carroll High School, where he also coaches football. Robbie is a member of the social studies curriculum alignment team for the Northwest Allen County School Corporation. He was recognized by the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette, which placed him on the Teacher Honor Roll for June of 2016. Robbie led a government class to the “We the People; the Citizen and the Constitution” Mock congressional hearing state finals in 2014 while teaching at Whitko High School. He graduated from Manchester University with a BA in Social Studies Education with focuses in History, Sociology, Political Science, and Economics.
