Austin Rogers is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Colorado Policy Fellow. He is an English teacher at Horizon High School in Thornton, Colorado. Austin is currently an Equity Practitioner for his school and district and works with various school committees. He is Metro District Gifted and Talented certified as well as has Western Governors University (WGU) Character Informed Teaching credentials. Austin has a degree in English, with an emphasis in secondary education, from the University of Northern Colorado and a master’s in education, focused on learning and technology from WGU.
