Dylan D. Smith is a returning 2024-2025 Teach Plus Texas Senior Policy Fellow. Chief Master Sergeant (retired) Dylan D. Smith teaches career and technical education in the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program at Cleveland High School in Cleveland. Dylan co-sponsors the marksmanship, drone, drill, and color guard teams. Dylan became a teacher after serving 30 years of active duty military service. He graduated with a BA in management studies from the University of Maryland University College, an MS in leadership from Walden University, and an MEd in educational leadership from Lamar University. He is a doctoral candidate working towards his EdD in curriculum and instruction: technology and instructional design from Liberty University.
