Taylor holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education, both from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Taylor Spieker is a 2025 Teach Plus National Teacher Policy Cabinet member and an elementary English as a Second Language teacher at Ridge View Elementary School in Belgrade, Montana. She began her teaching career through the NxtGen scholarship program, teaching kindergarten in Denver Public Schools before moving to Montana.
In addition to her teaching role, Taylor serves as a member of the Student Achievement Panel in her school, working to develop and maintain high-level practices, and serving on the district-wide ELD team to advise on district-level support for multilingual students.
Taylor earned her BA in Elementary Education and her MA in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education from the University of Colorado at Denver.
