Romalyn Ubaldo is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus New Mexico Change Agent and a science teacher at Santa Rosa High School in Santa Rosa. She serves as the NM MESA club advisor, KidWind club advisor, science club advisor, and is an advocate of the Society for Science. She’s previously taught grade levels throughout K-12 and college courses. Romalyn was named 2020 Outstanding Secondary Teacher; A Woman of International Outstanding Achievement in the Field of STEM Education/Teaching; and 2024 Most Remarkable Researcher and Innovator of the Year. She earned her BS in physics from Pangasinan State University, Philippines; an MA in education from Tarlac State University, Philippines; and a PhD in educational leadership and management from Universidad de Dagupan.
