Victor Gonazlez is a Teach Plus Los Angeles Teaching Policy Fellow. Victor teaches 6th grade humanities (English Language Arts and Ancient Civilizations) at Alliance College-Ready Middle Academy #4 (ACRMA #4), where he is also the English department chair, grade level chair, and director of the winter talent show. In 2015, Victor was named one of Alliance College Ready Public School’s Teachers of the Year. Victor builds curriculum that helps young minds develop a language and framework to think deeply about race, class, and gender. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in English literature.
