Jill Weller-Reilly is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Senior Policy Fellow. She is a dean and Spanish teacher at Lenape Middle School in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Jill is the world languages coordinator and heads the Schoolwide Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports System (SWPBIS) committee for the school. She began teaching in 1996 and has taught both Spanish and math in grades 8-12. She has also taught in the education and math departments at several Pennsylvania colleges/universities. Jill was twice awarded the Central Bucks Master Teacher Award and was recently named the Teach Plus PA Fellow of the Year. Jill earned her BA in Spanish and math from Temple University and two MEd degrees from The University of Pennsylvania, the first in secondary education/pedagogy and the second in educational leadership and administration.
