Will Richardson leads a network of math teachers working to build perseverance and independence in students when working on complex and rigorous math tasks. Will is an algebra 1 teacher, math coach, and Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) Advisor at Synergy Kinetic Academy. Will supports math educators from 6th to 8th grade as a teacher leader. Will is a Teach for America alum. He graduated from George Washington University with a BBA in Finance.
