Javonte’ Williams is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow and an English language arts instructional coach at The PATH School in Indianapolis. He focuses on supporting ELA teachers to ensure high-quality instruction in classrooms through modeling, co-planning, co-teaching, and providing feedback to teachers. He started his teaching career in Indiana as a Relay Graduate School of Education Resident in 2021 and was awarded the High Expectations Award that same year. He earned a BA in communication with a concentration in journalism from Indiana State University and an MA in elementary education from Relay Graduate School of Education.
