Nickesha R. Williams is a 2022-2023 Indianapolis Equity Change Agent, 6th grade educator, advisor lead, and Vex Robotics coach at Winding Ridge Elementary in Indianapolis, Indiana. She facilitates and promotes equity work and social emotional support for students and educators. Nickesha has taught grades 4-6. She has served as Advisor Lead and Equity Team Member. Nickesha was chosen to join CR-MASC (Culturally Relevant Math and Science Curricula Group), which tackles equity through creating and using culturally relevant lessons for scholars, through Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. She earned her BS in Liberal Arts from Martin University. She completed the Transition To Teach Program through IUPUI.
