Grant Wolfe

As National Director of Evaluation and Continuous Improvement, Grant (he/him) is responsible for developing data strategies that maximize Teach Plus impact, fuel organizational learning, and optimize data-driven decision-making. Grant supports Teach Plus in building and managing the infrastructure for the accurate measurement, analysis, and reporting of Teach Plus’s work, designing and supporting an ecosystem of information that can be leveraged for continuous improvement and data-rich communications about the power of teacher leadership.

Grant has over seven years’ experience in leading evaluation and organizational change. Prior to joining Teach Plus, Grant supported CrossOver Healthcare Ministries’ two free healthcare clinics in becoming Patient-Centered Medical Home accredited, including measuring, monitoring,and reforming organizational practices to ensure a person-centered approach; served as a legislative intern in the Virginia House of Delegates with Delegate Jennifer McClellan, where he conducted regular education policy analysis; and additionally led the evaluation team at After-School All-Stars, with extensive experience in measuring impact, program quality, and effective instructional practices. Grant has additionally authored a white paper on core competencies for undergraduate community-engaged researchers in partnership with Virginia Commonwealth University’s Division of Community Engagement.

Grant earned his BA in English and Comparative Literature, with alternative Virginia teaching licensure courses fulfilled from the University of Virginia. He additionally earned his Master of Social Work with an emphasis on social science research and Nonprofit Management Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Grant lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
