Lisa Phoenix is a 2022-2023 Pennsylvania Senior Policy Fellow and an Intervention Teacher at General Wayne Elementary School in Malvern, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the district’s Culture, Diversity and Inclusion committee, the Elementary Vice President of Great Valley Education Association, and a member of PSEA’s Rights and Responsibilities Commission. Lisa began her teaching career as a special education teacher at both the elementary and high school level. She earned her BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and elementary and special education teaching credentials from Immaculata University. She earned her MS in Instructional Technology and English as a Second Language certification from St. Joseph’s University. She earned her K-12 Principal’s certification from Penn State University.
