Anika Green is a 2020-21 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow. She is a founding teacher at Kindezi Academy in Indianapolis, Indiana where she teaches 5th Grade English-Language Arts. Anika has served as grade-level chair, and worked as a member of the school’s Lighthouse Team to develop leadership strategies for students and staff. She is a member of Leadership for Educational Equity and a Teach for America alum. Anika graduated from DePauw University with a BA in Political Science and received her MA in Teaching from Marian University.
