Barbara Grandberry is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Illinois Early Childhood Educator Policy Fellow. Barbara is the infant/toddler specialist at Chicago Childcare Society where she monitors and coaches for the birth-3 program. Barbara has worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors of childcare with ages birth-5. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, obtained an Early Childhood Professional Educator License from the University of Illinois-Chicago, an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction with an English as a Second Language endorsement from National Louis University, and an Infant Toddler Credential from Erikson Institute.
