Brian Harper is a 2020-21 Texas DFW Policy Fellow who teaches Entrepreneurship at Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas. He created and runs the Faculty Advisor Committee to ensure all staff have a voice on their campus. He conducts Student Loan workshops to help staff understand the various programs available. Brian assists students who want to prepare for and join the military. He is currently serving on several district board action teams to improve the district. A former Teacher of the Year, Brian has served as Site Based Decision Making Committee chair, Math Campus Instructional Leadership Team representative, and grade level chair. Brian received a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin University, MBA from University of Phoenix, and MEd in Educational Leadership from Lamar University.
