Tim Crane is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Senior Policy Fellow. Tim is an 11th grade teacher leader at Camp Hill High School in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. He serves on the district’s Professional Growth committee, where he helps district leadership invest in meaningful professional development opportunities for teachers. Tim began his teaching career teaching English language arts to 12th grade students and English language learners. Tim was recognized with a Shippensburg University Superintendent Study Council Outstanding Teacher Award. Tim has served as interim president and vice president of the Camp Hill Education Association and continues to serve as an AP Reader for the AP English Language & Composition Exam. As a musician and theatre artist, he often coaches and performs with students in school-sponsored ensembles. Tim earned his BS in secondary education from Kutztown University and an MA in English from the Middlebury Bread Loaf School of English.
