Damien Howard is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Illinois Change Agent Teacher Leader. Damien is a diverse learners teacher at Crane Medical Preparatory High School, where he leads the school’s multi-tier systems of support. Damien has taught for Chicago Public Schools since 2009. Damien aspires to help fellow teachers to infuse social-emotional learning into their practice. He received a BA from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Learning and Behavioral Specialist emphasis and an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
