Dominique Creer is a 2019-20 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Dominique is an education specialist, supporting students from across grade levels at LPS Oakland R&D. In collaboration with different organizations, she created the Ethnic Studies curriculum for all freshmen at LPS Oakland R&D. She has partnered with UC Berkeley’s Peer Health Exchange to provide freshmen students with an opportunity to learn about mental health and sexual health. Dominique earned her BS in Elementary and Special Education from Northern Arizona University.
