Destiny Edwards is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Destiny teaches 6th grade world history at Kipp Truth in Dallas, Texas. She is a Teach for America alumna and has worked at KIPP TRUTH Academy as a 5th and 8th grade United States history educator. She is an honored LEE Policy and Advocacy summer Fellow where she works with Leadership ISD. Along with this role, she is aiding TFA by leading a transitional team for the incoming corps members. She graduated with a BA in English from University of North Carolina Greensboro and a MS of higher education administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
