Beth Yoder is a 2020-21 Pennsylvania Policy Advisory Board Member who has been teaching in the Pottstown School District for 27 years. She spent her first 18 years as a K-6 art teacher and has been teaching high school art since. She has been the Federation of Pottstown Teacher’s President for 23 years and was elected Vice President at Large for AFTPA. Beth’s leadership positions include Troiad Yearbook Adviser and Business Manager, Art Club Advisor, Family Literacy Night Facilitator, Strategic Plan Member for the Foundation of Pottstown Education, and more. Beth has been nominated 11 times and selected three times as her district’s Teacher of the Year. She has been recognized seven times by her students for “Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers.” Beth received her BS in art education and her MEd from Kutztown University of PA.
