Sara Elwell is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Sara teaches 5th grade Mathematics and Science at Frank Guzick Elementary School in Dallas, Texas. Sara is also a leader in the Positive Student Culture Committee and a part of the Gold Team at her campus. She won the Rookie of the Year award during her first year of teaching, and is also a Distinguished Teacher in the State of Texas. Sara graduated with a BA in business at the University of Texas at Arlington.
