Mario Ivancic is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Chicago Senior Change Agent and a 3rd grade teacher leader, OST Coordinator, and English as a second language (ESL) teacher at Healy Elementary School. Mario has been an instructional leadership team member focused on finding best instructional strategies for a diverse student population and previously served as grade-level chair. He is an alumnus of the New Leaders for New Schools Emerging Leaders program. He has received his Resilience Education to Advance Community Healing (REACH) certification and his ESL and administrative endorsements. He earned his BA in education from the University of Zagreb, his MEd in Educational Leadership from American College of Education, and administrative credentials from Chicago Public Schools.
