Jessica Ruckert is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Rhode Island Teaching Policy Fellow. Jessica teaches 5th and 6th grade history at Blackstone Valley Prep Middle School 2 in Lincoln, RI, where she sponsors the scholar council and is the grade chair for 6th grade. She previously taught 7th grade history at Crittenden Middle School in Newport News, VA. Jessica earned a BA in History and an MAT in Secondary Social Studies from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA.
