Joseph Winslow is a 2020-21 Texas Policy Fellow. He will be teaching Information Technology at Community High School in Nevada, Texas. He taught Touch System Data Entry at Forest Meadow Junior High and spent many years as an elementary technology teacher for Dallas ISD. He graduated from Texas A&M University at Commerce with a MEd in Educational Technology – Library Science, and obtained his BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas A&M University at Kingsville.
