Kelley Grate is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Indiana PLC Team Leader. Kelley is a K-8 ELA instructional facilitator at Bon Air Elementary School and Bon Air Middle School in Kokomo, IN,, where she acts as the school testing coordinator. Previously, she taught English Language Arts at Blackford County Schools, where she was a teacher leader, conducted weekly professional development, and mentored new teachers. She has been a member of her school’s leadership team and helped write the school improvement plan. Kelley graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a BS in Elementary Education with endorsements in Kindergarten and ELA and received her MAE in Educational Administration from Ball State University.
