Kerri Matusek is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Illinois Berkeley Teacher Leader. Kerri is a 3rd grade teacher at Sunnyside School, where she has taught since 2001. Her passion for teaching started when she worked as a camp counselor. Kerri graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in mathematics. and earned a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia with an ESL endorsement.
