Donna Reid-Kilgore is a 2022-2023 Pennsylvania Senior Policy Fellow and is a Pre-K Counts teacher at Bloom Early Education Center in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, where she has taught for 17 years. She focuses on providing authentic, play-based experiences for her students and mentoring colleagues in their continuing education journeys. Donna earned her BA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education at Wilkes University and is currently pursuing her MEd in Early Childhood Education Leadership at Keystone College.
