Tamika Kimble is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow. Tamika is a 9th-grade physical science teacher at Sylvan Hill Junior High in Sherwood, Arkansas. Tamika is a member of the Guiding Coalition leadership team, a lead science teacher, and a STEAM coordinator at Jack Robey Junior High School in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Tamika was inducted into the 2022-2023 National Society of Leadership and Success cohort. Tamika is a member of the National Education Association, Arkansas Education Association, and the Pennsylvania Business Education Association. She just completed her second-year fellowship with the Arkansas Teacher Corps. She earned her AAS in general business administration with an emphasis in mid-management from South Arkansas Community College, a BS in biology with a minor in chemistry from Southern Arkansas University and an MAT from the University of Central Arkansas.
