Noah Lipman

Noah Lipman is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow. Noah teaches AP government, AP US history, and AP macroeconomics at Highlands High School in San Antonio, Texas. He also serves as a Master Teacher-AP Specialist for the San Antonio Independent School District where he will be part of the pilot program teaching the AP African American Studies course in addition to other AP subjects. He was the Co-AP Coordinator at Long Branch High School, a Title I urban district school in New Jersey. He was honored as the winner of the Alfred Sloan award for teaching economics by the Council for Economic Education. He was named the Highlands Teacher of the Year as well as the Distinguished Teacher of the Year for the school district and was also honored by the San Antonio Express News as one of the “Lights of the City of San Antonio” in the field of education.
