Megan Power is a 2019-20 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow. Megan is a co-founder and learning experience designer at Design39Campus in San Diego, California. Design39Campus is a district public school designed to “change the way we experience learning.” In the classroom, Megan mostly works with primary grade students promoting real-world learning. Beyond the classroom, Megan speaks nationally and internationally and supports schools in making changes to their current education systems. She is a 2017/2018 School Ambassador Fellow for the United States Department of Education, a 2016 Emerging Leader for ASCD, and was named a 2016 National School Board Association’s “20 to Watch.” Megan earned her BA from Rowan University and her MEd from California State San Marcos.
