Michael Houle is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Commonwealth Policy Fellow. Michael is a 10th grade humanities teacher at Codman Academy Charter Public School in Dorchester, MA, where he serves as the grade 10 team leader and a member of the school’s culture team, which designs and implements Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) interventions and practices. Previous to his work in Boston, Michael was a high school English and art teacher in Chicago, IL and an English teacher in Exeter, NH. Michael graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BA in English Teaching and a MAT in Secondary Education.
