Pauline Roberts is a 2023-2024 Senior Fellow, and was a member of the 2021-2022 cohort of the MTLC. She is an instructional specialist at Birmingham Covington School, focusing on helping both students and teachers achieve their full potential. In her leadership role, Pauline fosters a dynamic teaching and learning environment that celebrates diversity and inclusion. She is a National School of Character Evaluator, a Galileo Teacher Leadership Academy participant (2015-2017), and was named the Birmingham Education Association Teacher of the Year (2011). Pauline earned her combined BA Honors Degree in English and history from University of Liverpool and an MEd in Curriculum Design and Assessment from Jones International University.
