Ralph Hogan is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Change Agent. Ralph is a special education teacher at Arsenal Technical High School. He teaches government and economics classes, both in inclusion and self-contained settings as well as the basic skills development course. Ralph’s Change Agent project focuses on coordinating authentic post-secondary transition services for students with disabilities. Prior to teaching, Ralph spent five years working for TRIO programs in Massachusetts focused on helping low-income students access higher education. During his tenure with TRIO, Ralph served as the Vice-President/Conference Chair of the Massachusetts Educational Opportunity Association (2013/2014). Ralph holds a BA in history and a MS in applied communication from Fitchburg State University.
