Rosa Vazquez is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Indiana Change Agent Teacher Leader. Rosa is a certified behavior specialist at Arsenal Technical High School, where she leads small groups of students discussing their behavior and life choices and provides coaching clinics to teachers regarding their culture and climate of their classroom. She is a member of the student services team for Freshman Academy, campus discussion, and the MTSS (multi-tiered systems of support) committee. She has participated in the organization and implementation for freshman orientation and professional development opportunities offered to staff members. Rosa graduated from Marian University with a BA in Elementary Education with endorsements in kindergarten and computers and from Anderson University with a MeD in Curriculum and Instruction and a certification in educational leadership.
