Scoie Green is a 2020-21 Texas Policy Fellow. She teaches 10-12th grade Professional Communications at Obra D. Tompkins High School, in Katy, Texas, where she also assists the Speech and Debate Team. Prior to teaching Professional Communications, she was a special education teacher. Scoie is a member of the Association of Texas Professional Educators (ATPE) and serves as ATPE Campus Representative, 2019 ATPE Campus Representative of the Year and 2019-2020 ATPE Leadership Fellow. She graduated from Southern University and A&M College with a BS in Rehabilitation Services and received her MS in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
