Terri Romaniello is a 2019-2020 Teach Plus Nevada Teaching Policy Fellow. Terri teaches math at Faiss Middle School, where she serves as math strategist and interventionist. Terri is math department chair and serves on both the school leadership team and school organizational team. She is a graduate of the 2017-2018 Learn-To-Lead Cohort Program and the 2018-2019 Teacher Leadership Academy through the Public Education Foundation Leadership Institute of Nevada. For her capstone project, her group of four created a teacher mentorship program for new teachers and teachers new to any building. Terri is a two-time nominee for the Smith Center Heart of Education Award. She received her Bachelor’s degree in education from Point Park University and her Master’s degree from Duquesne University.
