Victor Idowu is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Illinois Policy Fellow. Victor is a math instructor at Percy L. Julian High School. Previously, Victor taught middle school mathematics at John H. Vanderpoel Elementary Magnet School, where he was a 2018-19 Teach Plus Illinois Change Agent Teacher Leader. He also served as an upper grades math instructor and instruction leadership team member at Edward Coles Model for Excellence Language Academy. Victor participated as an Ally in the Cahn Fellows Program for Distinguished Principals in 2015. He holds a BS in Information and Decision Sciences and a Masters of Education in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Type 75 General Administrative Certification, and is currently working towards completing a Learning Behavior Specialist 1 Endorsement.
