Jeremy Wartko is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Texas Harmony Teacher Advisory Cabinet Member. Jeremy is a 7th grade Texas History teacher at Harmony Innovation Middle School in Houston, Texas. Jeremy is currently the department head at his campus for social studies and is also a teacher leader on his campus’s Instructional Leadership Team. He is the Harmony wide System Course Leader for Texas History and the PLC leader for his district’s 7th grade Texas History team. Lastly, he is a micro-credential ambassador. This is Jeremy’s 10th year as a teacher at Innovation. Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts in history from the Ohio State University and his Master of Education in Social Studies from the University of Houston.
