Jill Weller-Reilly is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow. Jill is a Spanish teacher in the Central Bucks School District in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She is also the dean of students, the world languages coordinator, and the School-Wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports team lead at Lenape Middle School. Jill began her career teaching math at Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia. She has been teaching Spanish and math in the Central Bucks School District for almost 30 years, and she taught both subjects at Mathom House, an adjudicated facility in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Additionally, Jill taught math and education courses as an adjunct professor at the collegiate level. She was awarded the Master Teacher Award from the Central Bucks School District. Jill earned her BA in both math and Spanish from Temple University and two MEd degrees from The University of Pennsylvania: one in curriculum and instruction and the other in educational leadership.
