Nia Lewis (she/they) joins Teach Plus as Program and Operations Associate, supporting the Pennsylvania region and National Programs. Before joining Teach Plus, Nia served as a Marketing Manager contractor at TriRadial Solutions, where she developed and executed marketing strategies and campaigns, collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives, and assisted with various information and data management projects. Before that, she tutored students in writing strategies through Oberlin College and served as a Community Engagement Team Summer Intern with KIPP DC.
Nia graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she got her Master of Education in Education Policy. She also attended Oberlin College for her undergraduate degree in Africana Studies with a minor in Rhetoric and Composition. In her free time, she loves reading, listening to music, and taking too many pictures of her cats.
