Rahshundra Scott-Covington is the Instructional Practice Manager of the Teach Plus Texas practice team, working with teacher leaders to ensure successful outcomes for teachers and students across Texas. She was previously Teach Plus’ Teacher Leadership Coach in Texas, developing professional learning sessions for teachers and leaders.
Prior to joining Teach Plus, Rahshundra was a consultant/coach for the Success For All Foundation, supporting and coaching teachers, principals, and district leaders nationally in the implementation of research-proven practices, strategies, and systems. Rahshundra began her career in education in the Greenville Public School District in Greenville, MS and subsequently taught in Memphis City School District and with Shelby County Schools. Rahshundra holds a BS in Education from Mississippi State University and a M. Ed. from Delta State University.
